  海米15克、粳米(白米)100克、菠菜1棵

  做法:
       1.粳米洗净,海米泡水,菠菜洗净汆烫后切段。

      海米,补肾壮阳。菠菜,滋阴养血、润燥滑肠、养肝明目。本品做法简单,可经常服食若无海米,可用虾仁代替。
